It has been a long time coming, but the new website news newsletter is now up and running. This is an automated weekly newsletter which includes news from the St Margaret's website.
Hope you have a happy and prayerful Easter (with lots of chocolate).
Of all of God’ s gifts
Easter shows us our fate
Forgiven we will rise
And pass through Heaven’s gate.
This Easter remember
The sacrifice of a Son
And through his resurrection
Eternal life we have won.
This Easter I pray
That the love of God
Inside your heart
God Bless You!
Fr Christopher Silva
This year we are supporting Beds for Fistula Unit, Kitovu Hospital, Uganda as our lenten project. As in recent years, money raised will be split with 50% going towards to the Parish Building Fund and 50% going towards Beds for Fistula Unit.
This weekend, we offer a warm welcome to our new priest Fr Christopher Silva. Please introduce yourself and make him feel welcome.
This weekend we say farewell to Fr Jeremy as he leaves St Margaret's to take up the position of Parish Priest at St Aloysius, Somers Town.
Good luck in your new parish.
More improvements coming to the website in the new year, but for now, hope you have a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. See you in 2014.
The website has been completely rebuilt to be: cleaner, more accessible, more responsive and to allow everyone to be able to update their content.
You may find that the site is a bit empty to start off with, but soon it will hopefully be buzzing with activity as parishioners start to add content. If you create an account, or login to an existing one, you will be able to add groups to the community section, add upcoming events, add event reviews (with photos) and chat in the forum. You can also select to recieve the St Margaret's Newsletter, The Page, via email every week.
